ICGC celebrates 20 years of Ministry.

The ICGC celebrated 20 years on 26 th February 2004. For the church, it has been 20 years of raising leaders grounded in morality; 20 years of missionary work which has seen thousands of youth, students, men and women of enterprise, CEOs of multinationals and captains of industry make a decision to put God first in their lives; 20 years of challenging norms, negative traditions and changing lifestyles to unleash potential.

The church marked its 20th Ministry milestone with a 20th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service at the Independence Square in Accra. This brought together members of the church from its local assemblies to worship together and give praise to God for his goodness over the years.

The highlight of the service was the launch of the University Development Foundation (UDF) which aims to raise ¢20billion (approx. $2,130,000) within one year for permanent structures to be built for the Central University College (CUC). An amount of ¢89,164,620 (approx. $9,500) was realized from the auctioning of anniversary cakes. The total pledges received amounted to ¢12,574,500,000 (approx $1,400,000).
